The course module are Master-Level courses and are having a workload which corresponds to 5 ECTS (Credit points).
Each credit point represents workload of 30 hrs in order to study and complete the module with a total of 5 x 30 = 150 hrs for one module.
The summer academy (Module 08) is a well rated with 5 ECTS for the completing of the entire summer school period.
All the modules will be recognized by the organizing universities viz. the Beuth university of Applied Sciences Berlin and the Middle East Technical University (METU) in order to facilitate the exchange of students and faculty.
These modules have been developed in the project “Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings in Turkey” implemented by GIZ on behalf of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) as part of the International Climate Initiative (IKI). BMU supports the IKI on the basis of a decision adopted by the German Bundestag.
